Clever design makes this Fred Morrison smallpipe a very practical combination set. There are 4 drones that remain in the stock, with one plugged in each key. A small slide on one drone converts it from the D bass drone to A baritone. The combination set also includes 2 Blackwood pipe chanters, in A and D. The D chanter, while necessarily small, is comfortable to play. The combo set has deluxe features, like a cane chanter reed, speciality Ezeedrone drone reeds, and optional premium bellows.
The pipes can be ornamented with engraved nickel and Mopane drone accents.
The adapter that connects the pipes and the bellows is sturdy and thoughtfully designed. The bellows are made with top-quality materials and operate comfortably and efficiently.
